About our Site
This site is designed to have the best educational content available for those who are interested in improving their retirement; both in the final years transitioning into retirement and the actual years enjoying that retirement. A retirement plan is more than your 401k, it is the plan to fund your retirement from beginning to end to give you the retirement you want for as long as you want.
As a result, we believe a good retirement plan is the right marriage of ROI (Reliability of Income) from the insurance realm matched with a separate lower risk, lower volatility investment portfolio from the investment realm that is defensive in bad times and opportunistic in good times. This balance is reflected in the 3 buckets within your personal risk score (risk tolerance).

As a result, he and the rest of Horter Investment Management, LLC are transitioning to a paperless office by the end of 2018. Mark’s business practices will be further augmented by video conferencing reflecting
